As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you’ll work on‑site helping customers understand their health insurance options, guiding them through plans, and ensuring they feel confident about the coverage they choose. What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers over the phone, email, and online chat
- Explain the features and advantages of health insurance plans in clear, simple terms
- Complete cost and plan analysis to help customers choose the best coverage
- Enroll new members and support existing members during their annual review
- Navigate multiple computer systems with confidence
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by resolving questions and issues with care

Compensation
- Off‑Peak: $18/hour +
- Peak Season: $21/hour
- Peak runs August 31 – December 7 (MA) and through December 15 (ACA)
Hours of Operation:
- Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Some Saturdays may be required: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shifts:
- Selected during final client interview/meeting (first come, first served)
- Generally remain consistent; based on business needs
Licensing Requirements
No license? We’ve got you.
- Must obtain a Health Insurance license in your resident state
- Ability to secure non-resident reciprocal licenses
- PA: Pass Health Exam
- NC: Pass Health & MedSupp Exam
